Founder Story

Why I Built GTM Genome

I didn’t build GTM Genome because the world needed another growth framework. I built it because I couldn’t ignore a question that nobody seemed to be asking.

Every Framework Starts With a Question

For more than two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working on the frontlines of growth with 50+ technology companies, from early-stage startups finding their first customers to established businesses navigating complex international expansions.

I’ve seen companies enter new markets with confidence and momentum, building pipelines that convert and growth strategies that compound. I’ve also seen businesses with exceptional products, talented teams, and real market demand struggle to scale.

The more companies I worked with, the more one question stayed with me.

Why do companies with similar opportunities create completely different outcomes?

That question became the beginning of my journey.

The Pattern I Couldn't Ignore

Every company I worked with believed their challenge was unique.

01

We need a stronger GTM strategy.

02

Sales isn't performing.

03

We need more pipeline.

04

Marketing isn't working.

05

Our pricing needs to change.

The symptoms were different. The advice was different. But the pattern was always the same.

The solutions were tactical. The problem wasn't.

The industry was obsessed with copying playbooks. Everyone was asking What worked for someone else? instead of asking What is right for our company?

That’s when I stopped searching for better tactics. I started searching for better questions.

I Wasn't Looking for Better Answers. I Was Collecting Patterns.

The companies that scaled weren’t just executing better. They were executing strategies that reflected who they were: their strengths, their culture, their market position.

Every company has its own DNA. When strategy aligns with that DNA, growth feels natural. When it doesn’t, even the best tactics struggle.

That realization became the foundation of everything I’ve built since.

That's Why I Built GTM Genome

GTM Genome wasn’t another consulting framework. It was the answer to a question most companies never think to ask:

What must our company become before it can reach its next orbit?

Today, GTM Genome helps technology companies look beyond the pipeline. Because the pipeline is rarely the real problem. It’s what the pipeline reveals about alignment, positioning, and readiness that matters.

Growth cannot be copied. It must be built around your company’s DNA.

Beyond the Framework

People fascinate me. Understanding what drives decisions, shapes beliefs, and inspires action is at the core of everything I do.

I’m a certified NLP Practitioner with a deep interest in leadership psychology and behavioral science. Because businesses don’t change. People do.

Outside of GTM Genome, I spend my time writing, mentoring founders, and speaking about the intersection of strategy, identity, and growth.

Every milestone reinforced one belief. Growth isn’t accidental. It’s intentional.

Why This Matters

Because behind every company are people with ambitions, responsibilities, and futures tied to the decisions they make today.

When a company finds its next orbit, it doesn’t just create revenue. It creates possibilities. It creates careers. It creates futures.

I don’t measure success by frameworks delivered. I measure it by the opportunities my work helps create for founders, for teams, and for the people they serve.
